Becoming job-ready requires a roadmap, practical experience, accountability, interview preparation, and the right guidance.

I have trained QA professionals for many years, and there is one pattern I keep seeing.

People are learning.

They complete a Selenium course. Then they hear Playwright is growing, so they start Playwright. Someone tells them API testing is important, so they move to Postman. Then comes JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, CI/CD, AI testing, interview questions…

Six months later, they have learned a lot.

But when I ask one simple question —

“Are you confident enough to attend a QA Automation interview tomorrow?”

The answer is often no.

That is the real problem I wanted to solve with our QA Career Accelerator.

The problem is no longer access to knowledge

Today, there is no shortage of QA learning content.

You can find courses, YouTube videos, documentation, interview questions, roadmaps, and now AI assistants that can explain almost any technical concept within seconds.

But having access to all this information does not automatically make someone job-ready.

In fact, sometimes having too many choices creates another problem: you don’t know what you should learn, what you can skip, how deeply you should learn it, or when you are actually ready to move forward.

A manual tester trying to move into automation may need a completely different roadmap from someone who already knows Selenium Java but wants to move into Playwright.

A fresher has different gaps from someone with five years of QA experience.

So why should all three follow exactly the same learning plan?

My view is simple:

“Your career roadmap should start from where YOU are today — not from where a generic curriculum assumes you are.”

“Time is the new currency. Three months spent on the wrong learning path can set your career back far more than you realize — the right strategy ensures those same three months move you closer to being job-ready.”

That is the thinking behind our QA Career Accelerator.

Our goal is to make you job-ready within 90 days

Let me clarify what I mean by “job-ready.”

I am not promising that every person who joins will receive a job offer exactly on Day 90. No genuine career program can control when a company decides to hire you.

What my team and I can control is how prepared you are when that opportunity comes.

Within the 90-day program, our objective is to systematically work on the pieces that influence your readiness: technical skills, practical implementation, project experience, interview preparation, resume presentation, skill validation, and recruiter visibility.

The program is divided into three phases.

Phase 1: First, we understand where you actually stand

The first week is not about immediately asking you to start watching videos.

We begin with you.

What is your current QA experience? Are you coming from manual testing? Do you already know automation? Which programming language are you comfortable with? What kind of role are you targeting? Where are your actual gaps?

After the initial screening, I personally connect with you for a 1:1 strategy session.

This is one of the most important parts of the program because I don’t want you spending the next three months learning things simply because they happen to be available in our course library.

Based on your background and target, I create a personalized learning roadmap for you.

For one person, that roadmap might require stronger JavaScript or TypeScript fundamentals before moving deeply into Playwright.

Another person may already be strong in UI automation but need API testing, Git, framework understanding, or interview preparation.

The objective is not to make you learn everything. The objective is to identify what YOU need to become employable for the roles you are targeting.

Phase 2: Learning is not enough. You have to prove that you can apply it.

This is where the program becomes very different from simply purchasing another online course.

From roughly Day 8 to Day 60, you work through the learning plan we have assigned to you. But watching the content is only one part.

You then move into practical assignments and mini-projects through our Career Accelerator Portal.

Why do I insist on this? Because an interviewer is not going to ask: “Did you finish 40 hours of Playwright videos?” They want to know whether you can actually work with Playwright.

Can you automate a realistic application? Can you understand locators, fixtures, APIs, frameworks, Git, debugging, and execution? Can you explain why you implemented something in a particular way? Can you investigate when something breaks?

That difference between “I watched it” and “I can implement it” is where many learners struggle. So we put deadlines around assignments and expect you to complete practical work.

You are also not doing this journey alone.

Throughout the program, you receive bi-weekly 1:1 mentor check-ins, with up to five one-hour mentor sessions across the 90 days. Your mentor can review your progress, discuss your implementation, identify blockers, and help course-correct before a small misunderstanding becomes a major skill gap.

This accountability matters.

When you are learning alone, postponing something by one week is very easy. Then one week becomes one month. With a roadmap, assignments, deadlines, and a mentor checking your progress, learning starts becoming a professional commitment rather than another course sitting in your dashboard.

Phase 3: Now we prepare you to face the market

Knowing automation and clearing an automation interview are two different skills.

I have seen technically capable people struggle in interviews because they cannot clearly explain what they know.

That is why the final phase, from approximately Day 60 to Day 90, shifts heavily toward proving and presenting your skills.

You go through a full mock technical interview with feedback. The objective is not simply to give you a score. We want to expose your weak areas before a real interviewer does.

If you struggle to explain framework architecture, API concepts, JavaScript fundamentals, Playwright fixtures, or a project decision, that is valuable information. We can still work on it.

The program also includes an ATS-optimized resume built around the skills and project experience you have developed.

Finally, you complete structured skill assessments through TechSmartHire so your capabilities can be independently demonstrated, and qualified profiles can gain visibility with recruiters and hiring managers looking for QA talent.

So by the end of this journey, you are not simply saying: “I completed a Playwright course.”

You should be in a much stronger position to say: “I learned the required stack, implemented it through practical assignments, built project experience, received mentor feedback, prepared for technical interviews, improved my resume, and validated my skills.”

That is a very different candidate.

Who is this program actually for?

I want to be clear about this as well.

The QA Career Accelerator is not a shortcut where you pay a fee and my team somehow gets you a job. You still have to do the work.

In fact, we screen applications because mentorship works only when there is commitment from both sides.

If you are looking only for recorded courses that you can complete whenever you want, there are already many excellent options for that.

This program is for someone saying:

“I am serious about my next QA role. Tell me what I need to do, give me a structured path, review my progress, challenge me with practical work, identify my weaknesses, and help me become ready to face the market.”

If that is your mindset, then my team and I can work with you very closely. And throughout that journey, you know that my team and I are there to guide you.

You can explore the complete QA Career Accelerator program, understand how the three phases work, and apply for a slot here: QA Career Accelerator – become job-ready in 90 days

My goal with this program is not to give you more content. It is to give you direction.

Because in my experience, once a committed learner has the right direction, practical work, accountability, and expert feedback, 90 focused days can be far more valuable than a year of scattered learning.

Courses can teach you QA skills, but becoming job-ready needs a roadmap, practical experience, accountability, interview prep, and the right guidance.
